Right to the core of the matter

I am whole perfect and complete - yes really!

I'm sitting by the window watching the trees dance with the breeze.  I love it. Finally the heavy grey clouds are lifting and shifting to make room for the sun.

The breeze, or the element of air, signifies change, and although we earthlings are a little uncomfortable with this one, I believe the earths consciousness is shifting to a higher level of awareness.  This of course creates a dis-ease, but leaves some space to ring in the new, once we trust and let go.

But change is a good thing because it leads us



to find out who we really are





Who am I?

When we shift consciousness, we need to alter the way we see ourselves, and this is exactly what is happening at the moment.  We, as a global community, are all being asked to take a second look at ourselves, and see who we really are!  Shifting this vision can make all the difference both in our own world and the world around us. We are spirit in a human uniform, and Spirit comes first!

 It certainly makes a difference

 to how and therefore what we attract into our lives.

Starting from the Heart:

My guides always tell me, 'we are all born from the heart of heaven'  This is where the template for this life time was created. This is sometimes known as your seed consciousness, or your divine purpose in this lifetime. Everything you need to know to complete your journey successfully is contained within this tiny seed as it commences its journey down towards the earth plane. Trouble is the energy is so dense down here that we tend to forget. 

When we forget our true essence we tend to live our lives from an entirely different perspective.  That is we feel as if we don't quite fit in anywhere. And very often live our lives in scarcity and survival mode, battening down the hatches trying to keep safe.

Its all about the way you see yourself

The way you see yourself

 and the thought  forms stemming from that understanding

form the bedrock of your existence.

These thoughts also determine

 your degreesof separation from Spirit,

your true essence

The first step on the Royal Road of Creation/manifestation

The very first step you need to take on the road of creation is to alter the way you see yourself. 

THIS MOVES MOUNTAINS.  You are whole perfect and complete (remember the seed) and are are part of creation.

Working with just this one belief

creates a ripple effect.

Visualisation:

Development groups are called circles for a very good reason, because they are intended to create a sense of harmony and unity.  Not just between group members, but more important within your Self.

My own groups are asked to visualise a circle around the chair they are sitting on.  And then to see a dot in the centre of the circle.  That dot represents your seed consciousness, in other words you, in this particularly life time.  Look again and you will see a lot of space around you.  This is the space you GROW into as you walk your earth walk. Its yours and yours alone to cultivate.  It is also the space of Spirit, the divinity within, otherwise your Higher Self.   See first of all that you are not alone, you are surrounding and supporting by Source energy.  You can also take another step is you like and that is to see your own circle surrounded by the Angels and Higher Beings of light.  Your Guides are always here to support your journey andn will hold the energy to support you.

Spend some time working with this and

it will take you to another level of understanding

that leads you towards manifesting at a totally different level

one step nearer to creating the life of your dreams

Summary

The way you see yourself alters your ability to manifest.   You are okay just the way you are, and have chosen to embark on an extraordinary journey on this planet at an extraordinary time in its evolution.

Summer Solstice - a celebration

Balance and Harmony as part of the creation cycle

Summer Solstice is such a beautiful time of the year.  Even though we, here in the UK have been deluged with rain, and heavy black clouds, its still time to CELELBRATE.

We may not appreciate the lack of sunshine, but life-giving rain is still such a gift.  Before this inundation, we were actually suffering a water pipe ban, and the media  sprouted news of frightening low water levels in our reservoirs...and they were truly worrying.

So the rain's Mother Nature's gift to us all.

Her way of restoring balance and harmony.

Solstice and the need to balance:

Solstice is the turning point of the year, and means the standing still of the sun.  We have three days of grace before the sun starts her slow journey back towards the southern hemisphere.

We live in a world of contrasts, and so even though we may want to be doing all the time, our call to constant action does need to be balance with some inaction, or to put it another way contemplation.  This helps maintain the natural balance in life.  So this is how I am celebrating Solstice this year.

Honouring Mother Nature's innate wisdom to provide us with just what we need.

Honouring the Sun and her life giving properties

Looking at how I can tweak my own life just a tad for the good

And then and only then, acting on the information

 I am given through meditation and contemplation.

Spiritual nourishment

Change is a key element to our life on earth.  Balance is another, and these two elements go together. Our souls are nourished by the practice of meditation and contemplation and then acting on what we are given in the outside world. We are of course at the turn of the year.....the times they are a changing. 

Change is a very natural part of our lives, but boy do we like to hang on to what's we've got. Nonetheless we need to honour the promptings and inspirations we are given by Spirit to be open to change trusting that it is always (and it is) to our higher good.

True change is achieved from the inside out and not the otherway round.  That is why inner work, and meditation, is so important.  It connects us to our divine purpose as well as Source Energy, and this includes life's natural ebb and flow.

So spend a few moments today

•  Celebrating your life and particularly the achievements you've made in the first half of the year.
• Light a candle or contemplate and appreciate the sun as the source of all life.
• Balance this with a moment's contemplation asking Spirit to prompt you with new ideas and inspirations.
• Honour and nurture what you receive. Trust
• Be willing to release elements that are no longer serving you.
• This not only creates the space for the new to come into your life, but acts as a carpet of rich soil to nourish/bring forth new life.
• Be patient as this new section of your life unfurls.

Sparks! There's change and there's true change.

What's the difference between creation and manifestation?

A spark is the flame, force or energy initiating original ideas initiating true change. People are drawn quite naturally to a brightly shining flame, marvelling at its beauty.  We use candles in ceremony, and in churches for our loved ones. We marvel at the sun's life giving energy which is so freely given to our planet.  And right now the Olympic Flame is proudly being held  aloft as it processes around the UK in prepared for the 2012 Olympic Games. So what's the attraction of fire and how does it affect our ability to create true change and transformation? Each flame has a secret ingredient, Great Mystery. And this secret ingredient makes all the difference between creation and manifestation!

What's the difference between creation and manifestation?

Creation initiates true change, and comes from an original idea, inspiration or concept. True creation takes our knowledge to a new level of consciousness, and has the capacity to transform our lives.  Can you imagine what the world would have been like without fire , or without the wheel or the telephone?

Manifestation may bring something into form but won't create a higher level of consciousness and transformation.  There's a whole world of difference between manifesting a car or a new home, to creating the very first phone, aircraft or computer.  Where on earth did the spark of those ideas come from?

The answer is of course Great Mystery!

How do we bring Great Mystery into our lives?

Many people including great inventors and writers say they are inspired in dreams! Why is that? Simply because in the dream state we all naturally let go of control.  This transports us to a higher level of awareness, opening us up to true inspiration from Great Mystery and Spirit, which initiates true transformation for us as individuals as well as communally.

Times they are a changing!

Quite plainly current structures and institutions are creaking and groaning, and breaking down.  Many of us are looking for new and much more rewarding ways of being that create a greater sense of equality across our beautiful planet. Ways in which we live and work alongside Mother Earth rather than exhausting all her resources. How do we do this?

Collaboration rather than domination

I believe we are all being asked to work in harmony with Mother Nature once again, just as the ancients once did.  One of the defining moments for me travelling to the Yucatan was to see the great pyramid Il Castillo which dominates Chichen Itza. Its rather like a gigantic calendar and I've used it as a basis for my meditation practice every since. This pyramid has been one of my greatest teachers.  In common with lots of other ancient monuments ranged across the world it tracks the passage of the sun and moon across the heavens; the Mayans even knew all about the Venus transit, and points the way forward for each and every one of us.

Aligning with the sacred cycles of time:

When we align with the sacred cycles of time, Mother Nature and life's natural ebb and flow, we are aligning with our own higher purpose, and are open to the beauty magic and mystery of Great Mystery and the Spirit.  We can create true transformation and collaborate with one another rather than trying to dominate and divide.

Being:

Creating a new way of Being, means honouring the Divine Feminine as much as we honour the Divine Masculine.  In our tradition the Feminine is associated with the Moon.  Meditating with the energy of the Moon helps us realign with our Divine Purpose and create a new and much more satisfying way of living. A brand new vision based on our connection and respect for Mother Nature and the Feminine energy.

For the next six months I am offering a monthly full moon meditation running through to the end of the year which aims to help create change and transformation.The present moon cycle works directly with the Divine Spark.   The first one of these in on Tuesday 12th.
