She is passionate about daring others to love, create and dream. Her latest book DARE TO WRITE A NOVEL, is for anyone who has ever dreamed about writing a book - or writing a better bbook. I’m an award-winning author of books for young adults and adults. She is presenting the first workshop of the evening and will be selling some of her books on the night.
Suzanne Curtis Tonight Suzanne offers you Taster EFT treatments for Spiritual, Emotional and Physical Wellbeing. She is also an accomplished Life Coach. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is very similar to acupuncture, without the needles. It is a fast effective system of tapping on specific acupuncture points which can help with; weight loss, achieving goals, phobias, pain and stress.

Her media career was brought to a rapid halt when at 29 she was diagnosed with mouth cancer and then within months with MS as well. Following this she experienced a deep spiritual awakening with the Angels which lasted a week and hasn't look back since. Her art work is truly inspiring as well as healing. Helen Lehrle - Acorn Well Being Centre.. Acorn Centre's Helen Lehrle has become an increasingly popular figure in the Old Town. Once tucked away in a discreet courtyard overlooked by St. Mary's church, we are pleased to welcome the Acorn Well Being Centre back onto the Old High Street in Hemel Hempstead. Helen's original shop in nearby Alexandra Road became a centre for excellence for Counselling and Complementary Therapists which thrives to this day.
Kim Fenwick Kim partners Helen at the Acorn School of Complementary Therapist. Kim has over thirty years nursing to her credit, to is very sensitive to the needs of her clients. Her life took a dramatic turn when she was diagnosed with MS. A friend introduced her to meditation practise which was life changing.
