I’m inspired to bring together a group of truly inspirational people to LIGHT UP YOUR LIVES as we get to grips with post Christmas blues in these cold dark winter darks. Christmas is a time when we get snowed under with meeting everyone else's needs, and lose our own. Now's the time to relax and reclaim the space you have been meaning to do since the festivities finished but have never quite managed to do.
So why not come along to my Well
Being and MBS Fayre at Boxmoor Hall, Hemel Hempstead on Friday 29th. January 2016 6.30p.m. – 10.00 p.m.
The show itself has a number of
stalls to help you Light up your Lives in various ways. Mini-treatments and readings will be available
to pamper yourself after the all the hurly burly of Christmas.
I am thrilled to announced the
following first class presenters will also be running mini-workshops throughout
the evening....and they are free it’s just £1.50 to get in. There’s something for everyone here

Curham is an award winning local author and will be offering a workshop based
on her book ‘True Face’ aimed specifically at girls and young women to dream
bold live fearlessly and authentically
in a society where we are very often expected to be ‘perfect’ and fit in
particular mould. She will be opening
our Wellbeing Fayre as well.
It is anticipated there

Born in
Vancouver, but now resident in UK Larry Davids is an international medium,
tarot reader, advanced Reiki Practitioner and Intuitive Counsellor of many
years standing. Today in this workshop
Larry will introduce us to another aspect of his work, music therapy with
voice, which he believes have enhanced his own mediumistic skills
considerably. His works takes him abroad
on a regular basis including Switzerland
He was a full time musician then became a music therapist. This lead him to venture into soul healing where he could use his psychic gifts to good effect. which eventually led him to use his psychic gifts to venture into being a sound healer.
The session begins with the performance of an original piece of spiritual healing music on acoustic guitars with friend Laurence.

Annette O’Donnell is an artist,
tutor, Reiki Master and Angelic Reiki Practitioner, who will be offering a
short workshop on ‘Awakening your Senses to the Angels’ She experienced a deep spiritual awakening
after suffering from cancer and then MS.
Her Angelic art is truly inspirational and will be on sale on the
evening as well.

8.30 - 8.50pm -Meditate with Georgie Deyn
Georgie uses her many skills; to promote health .She facilitates holistic workshops
for children and adults, working internationally in Spain, Canada and Denmark.

Take Twenty minutes of your
time to connect to your inner child in a guided visualisation exercise. Georgie will take you on a guided meditation to connect, heal, love, nurture and celebrate the child within. This class is open to all
levels, beginners, those just starting their spiritual journey and experienced
meditators

Georgie is also offering two twenty minute singing slots, one as you relax in the snug art deco bar/cafe and the second from the main stage.
Georgie sings with the intention of opening hearts and raising the vibration of love consciousness. She has a background in musical theatre and jazz but has now been guided to use her singing as part of her healing work. She has developed her own unique singing therapy called “Angelic Harmony Therapy” and has written some of her own songs However she is still guided to sing standards & classics Georgie uses her voice during her healing sessions with clients to release blocks and heal trauma

Brett Mills
is an established medium on the Spiritualist circuit, and brings a great sensitivity to his work. He is a third generation medium who works in
love and light, and an excellent Native American Flute Player. This evening he will play flute for as well
as deliver messages from your loved ones in Spirit.
He will also
be back with Flute and fellow medium Caroline Rollo in the Spring for a very
special psychic supper: Mediumship and
flute recital and of course food. £20
